Gamepro has an interview with Masachika Kawata. He reveals some more information about the darker levels of the game and an upcoming co-op gameplay trailer.
Update: IGN has there own interview. Apparently the second half of the game will be significantly different from the first half.
IGN has released the Leipzig trailer for Resident Evil 5. It mostly consists of recycled footage although there is a close-up of the blonde girl.
Gamasutra has an interview with Jun Takeuchi and Yasuhiro Anpo. In it they note that Resident Evil 5 is 70% complete.
Here comes an announcement of the official opening of our sister site "Dead Space Horror". I had plans to do a fansite surrounding that upcoming Third-person Sci-Fi Survival Horror game when i first heard about it.
My hands-on at the Dead Space community day finally convinced me that i just "have to" do a fansite about it. The feelings i had when i first started to play reminded me of the old times when i first played Resident Evil Original. Dead Space offers a new kind of fear and it has been awhile that i jumped in my seat that often.
This one's a true Survival Horror game from the very beginning and any Resident Evil fan should check it out. Its definitely something for us, especially the people who miss the good old scares and horror elements in the early Resident Evil games.
There's lots of exclusive things at Dead Space Horror and there definitely is more to come as i haven't "unleashed" all my material i got yet.

Ever wondered what Mikami has been doing after leaving Capcom? Him and Suda 51 (Killer 7, No more heroes) have partnered with EA games to work on a whole new horror title, coming on all next-gen formats.
Electronic Arts just announced at their media briefing today in Redwood City that they are partnering with Suda 51 (No More Heroes) and Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil) to create a brand new game in patnership with Grasshopper. It'll be produced by Mikami, directed by Suda. Suda describes it as a mysterious, unique horror action game for PS3, 360, Wii, and PC. No more details past that. 'We are very honored and think this is a great opportunity for us,' said Suda. 'This game is dark, scary, and exciting. Stay tuned,' Mikami said. I'll be interviewing Suda and Mikami later today.

I just came back from the Electronic Arts Redwood Shores studio yesterday and typed up the 1 on 1 interview i did with one of the producers, Rich Briggs while suffering a decent jet-lag. I also put up a few of the short videos i took from there.
A full timeline and detailed hands-on preview will be up on "some other site" within the next days hopefully. For now, hope you enjoy the interview.

An interview with Kobayashi from Comic-con has been posted. A new character named Angela is mentioned, possibly referring to the female SRT member seen in the trailer.
Update: Gametrailers has posted their own interview, although there is little to no new info.
G4 posted direct-feed HD footage of the PS3 demo it viewed at E3. Nothing much new except it's much better quality footage. You can also see the "inventory full" icon and that the currency picked up by Chris is the Nigerian Nairas "₦".
Nigeria is the only country to use this denomination, it is located in West Africa which is where Sheva's BSAA branch is located and it is on the coast which is necessary for the "saltwater cave" location we saw in one of the earlier trailers.
What's worse than the character Alice from the movies? How about a movie consisting of nothing but Alices?
IGN announced that DC comics is to pick up the Resident Evil license.
Also in a press release it was revealed that Resident Evil Degeneration will be on Blu-ray, DVD and UMD.
IGN has the new trailer for Resident Evil Degeneration. Unidentified terrorists are threatening to unleash the T-virus unless their demands are met. At the end of the trailer a BOW with the trademark G-virus eyeball is shown.
The rest of the site for the Resident Evil-themed pachinko machines has been unlocked, showing new movies and artworks.
GameTrailers put up a few more HD gameplay videos of Resident Evil 5, one of which shows Kirk's demise. Interestingly some villagers wield Kukri knives, which are of asian origin. These were the signature knives wielded by Alice in Resident Evil Extinction. The player has a pooled inventory that both Chris and Sheva share.
