Billy Coen has been transported by the military as an imprisoned ex-soldier who killed 23 people during war. The transportation crew lost control over the truck and they crashed. The Bravo-Team found the dead bodies of the crew. Billy Coen, who was not killed by the accident is now suspected to have killed the whole crew.

Rebecca Chambers, an expert when it comes to all kinds of chemical and medical things, joined the S.T.A.R.S Bravo team at an age of 18. Due to her high intelligence, she was able to finish her studies much earlier than her colleagues. Rebecca joined the S.T.A.R.S team as a simple medic without knowing about the terrible events that would await her soon... Playable in “Train Derailment” and “Nightmare” scenarios.

Chris Redfied was trained at the US Airforce for years, but then got kicked out and had no real job since that time. Luckily, his old friend Barry Burton was able to recruit Chris for the S.T.A.R.S. in Raccoon City. Chris has a strong character with an enormous will to fight the evil. Playable in “Mansion Incident” and “Umbrella’s End”.

A person with excellent knowledge about mechanical systems and tools. Jill is also known as "master of unlocking" of the S.T.A.R.S. team. She handles difficult situations in absolute coolness and enjoys huge popularity from her teammates. Playable in “Mansion Incident”, “Raccoon’s Destruction” and “Umbrella’s End”.

Carlos was a guerilla from South America. He has been recruited by the U.B.C.S., a team sent by Umbrella to save their material. Carlos is very helpful and is willing to team up with Jill to get out of Raccoon City as soon as possible.

Playable in “Raccoon’s Destruction”.

The former leader of STARS and ex-Umbrella researcher is set on getting all of Umbrella’s research for himself.

Playable in “Beginnings”, “Dark Legacy” and “Rebirth”.

Sergei used to be a Colonel in the Russian military. After the collapse of the Soviet Union he joined Umbrella. He is fanatically loyal to Spencer and has dogged Wesker throughout his career. At the Umbrella Training Facility he dispatched one of his Ivan bodyguards to kill Wesker for failing to save the facility from Marcus’s attack. At Arklay he was sent by Spencer to recover the Talos prototype. During the Raccoon City incident he was sent to recover the Red Queen data core, allowing Umbrella to fully recover from the loss of their installations at Raccoon. After Umbrella was forced to go underground he was placed in command of Umbrella’s base of operations in Russia.

A mysterious woman who teamed up with Leon S. Kennedy in Raccoon City only to betray him in order to get the G-virus. After being almost fatally wounded by a T-103 she let the G-virus slip through her grasp, and Wesker is most displeased… Playable in “Death’s Door”

Richard Aiken is the back-up man for STARS Bravo team. He shows a preference for shotguns. He joined STARS after his younger sister was murdered. Playable in “Nightmare”.

A mysterious ruthless mercenary who is utterly loyal to Umbrella. He retrieves the G-virus sample Ada lost and now has to escape Raccoon City.

Playable in “Fourth Survivor”.
