Injecting T-Virus into human beings results in the appereance of a "Zombie". These creatures only go for the smell of fresh meat (You). Zombies are very slow and absolutely not an enemie to worry about.

These dogs are a default enemy in Resident Evil games. They have been infected with the T-Virus making them bloodthirsty killing machines. Don't let them jump on you!

Leech Zombies are one of the most dangerous enemies you encounter in Resident Evil 0. They are very resistant to damage and can cause a lot of damage. Their weak spot is fire which you can use to your advantage with your napalm-rounds. Before dying the Leech Zombies will explode and cause damage to anyone nearby.

Small flying rodents infected by the T-virus. They have not increased in size but are now much more aggressive.

Leeches, mutated due to the T-Virus, attack in swarms and suck your blood. The only problem is that they lay their eggs into your body during the sucking process. If this happens you should get medical equipment immediately.

The Scorpion is a boss monster with huge claws. This mutated animal is about 3 meters high and heavily armored. You should use heavy weapons against it.

These T-Virus infected monkeys are ferocious and bloodthirsty beasts. They are insanely fast and agile and usually attack in groups.

After being assassinated by Umbrella, James Marcus' leeches merged with the DNA in his corpse creating a clone of him. The Queen Leech is highly photosensitive but has the ability to control all leeches.

A small poisonous snake infected with the T-virus. These will leap up at your face to try and bite you.

This is what happens if you do not properly dispose of a zombie. Crimson Heads can run after you and have claws to kill you with.

Not an enemy where you need to think about a special tactic for defense. Just watch out for the poison.

The T-Virus enlarges a small bee to a big insect with dangerous poison. Trying to shoot them down is no solution to getting rid of this plague. Just use your knife.

A gigantic Snake mutated by the T-Virus. It appears twice in the game. Its attacks are strong and it takes quite a lot of ammo to beat

This nice mutated plant got out of control in the guardhouse. Its roots are located deep down where it gets water to keep on growing. Vulnerable to fire..

Mutated sharks who broke out of the tank located below the guardhouse rooms. Once a big one gets you near its teeth you will be fish food.

The MA-121 Hunter is described best by its name. Its job is to hunt you down and the bad thing is it’s very good at it. They have a hard, scaly skin which makes handgun bullets useless. They can also swipe your head clean off if you're on low health.

A very poisonous spider mutated by the T-Virus. Similar to the other spiders, although this one is a bit harder to kill, as well as more poisonous. Take care.

These amazingly quick beasts are very dangerous. They hang on ceilings and walls and jump onto you. Time to use a bigger weapon to defeat these insects.

The Licker is created by directly injecting a human with the T-virus. Completely blind, it is forced to navigate by hearing alone. It can climb walls and has massive claws.

The Tyrant was created to be the ultimate bio organic weapon. The base form of it was a human being, like the zombie. The Tyrant can break through doors or even walls. Watch that claw!

The daughter of George Trevor (designer of the Mansion) was captured by Umbrella and is used for research purposes. While already being infected with the T-Virus she still is looking for her mother. Poor thing.

Even plants mutate if they are infected with the T-Virus. This moving plant can spit a cloud of poisonous gas at you.

Cockroaches that have grown in size due to the T-virus. Dangerous in swarms.

The Grave Digger is a giant worm-like creature that digs through earth and makes tunnels in the ground. The main fight will take place in the grave yard. That’s why we call it the Grave Digger.

Created by infecting a T-103 Tyrant with a Nemesis parasite. This B.O.W. will pursue its target relentlessly and can even use weaponry.

Sergei’s specially re-engineered batch of T-103s. They have a greater degree of understanding, augmented targeting and can pass for human.

T-A.L.O.S stands for Tyrant Armored Lethal Organic System. It uses an armor-plated T-103 as its base and is armed with an MRL (Multiple Rocket Launcher). Umbrella has tested it against soldiers, tanks and gunships and it defeated them all. A specially implanted chip allows the Red Queen to control it.

After injecting himself with a virus, Sergei mutates into what is almost an insect-like Tyrant. The appendages sprouting from him can bind to form one massive claw.

A wounded Tyrant that has undergone a violent mutation and is near death. It will try to stop you from escaping if it’s the last thing it does.
